However, after bringing this matter to the attention of the store director, Lindsey she resolved the matter and my arrangement was able to be delivered, even though it was delayed I appreciated her efforts. In the future, I hope that a better system can be contracted through Edible Arrangements for deliveries to prevent havoc.

She was also texted from “Jessica” that she needed to walk outside to receive it, when I specially paid for this to be delivered to her door. Under no circumstances should a woman be told her delivery is by a woman just to be surprised to have to meet a man outside. All that and it was incorrect. Waste of money. Nice to know this company doesn't actually care about people or their celebrations, just their money!
