  Josh was an amazing employee, he was ultra helpful and knowledgeable. My son wanted to buy his first ever skateboard and he went above and beyond to provide us excellent/caring service. God bless him and his bright future.

  I ordered a pair of shoes online from the app saying that they were available at the store. I bought them and went to the store for pickup and was informed there was a glitch. They needed to box it up, ship it to themselves and then I could pick up. I said that didn’t make sense…the shoes were there in I o…..after all was said and done the guy was able to fix it so I could walk out with the shoes. I even bought another pair of shoes while I was there …..2 pairs of socks….got a free tote bag……I wish I got the guys name! But he was VERY VERY helpful and apologetic about the situation…….I love my VANS….i have almost 100 pair…. and I like this store…..I’m very happy with my customer experience! I work in retail….20 years plus…..I’m hyper aware of customer service and I thank you very much for your help!

  A few weeks ago, I visited the Vans store to ask about the process for buying new shoes, because I bought custom shoes that ended up being the wrong size, and when I called Vans customer service, they couldn’t help. When I explained the issue, to Mario, an employee there, he told me to bring the shoes in, and he would work to get me a new pair. Today, I went back, and Mario walked me through the process of ordering the correct size shoes. He also made sure I received credit for the ones that didn’t fit, and before I left, he told me that if there were any issues with the new shoes, I could bring them back, and he would assist me. Mario’s has exceptional customer service, He is professional, respectful, courteous, and extremely helpful. I will be going back to buy from this store.

  They were real swamped busy on Saturday but all 3 employees helped me out. They brought out 3 different pairs of vans for me to try on. Everyone from the greeter to the cashier were just pleasant and cool and answered any questions. Thanks
