It says hassle free online but i took my car to get serviced w mechanic and they needed to bypass i get my car back for pick up im on hold for 3 hours just to get help why my device isnt displaying and battery is good . The wait is ridiculous i have to sleep in day cuz i work nights and still on the phone on hold my car wont start so i guess im missing work not to mention my monitor was serviced day before i took my car in for fix. I hate this company another issue i had car recently in shop so it passed grace period and its not in lockout so they charging me aside from monthly fee which is 89.00 another 82 and 25 dollars for code . My starter on car stayed on when i blew into the monitor it passed but i had to turn it off and then back on to catch on . It messes up your push start car 😡too

Do I need an Interlock Device on all of my vehicles?
Some states will require that you have an Ignition Interlock Device installed on all cars registered to you, but most states will just require that whichever vehicle you drive have an IID installed. Check with your state authority to see if you will need an IID installed on all of your cars.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
What can breathalyzers detect?
Breathalyzers only measure your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC).
Is an Ignition Interlock the same as a breathalyzer?
Ignition Interlock and handheld breathalyzers both test your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), but an Ignition Interlock Device is only installed in vehicles and prevents the car from starting if there is alcohol detected. A handheld breathalyzer only detects alcohol and may tell you the concentration.

Can someone else drive my car?
