I placed an online order for store pickup, and when I didn’t like the style, I asked the cashier if I could exchange them for another pair. She said yes, she would cancel the existing order and simply do the exchange. But then couldn’t. Didn’t give me a receipt confirming the cancellation, no email, nothing, and said I couldn’t just take the glasses I ordered because it was already “canceled”. Fast forward to today, still can’t get any help through the store (they say they don’t have them) or customer service line (customer service said my glasses are still ready for pickup). So now I’m just in limbo, sunglass hut got my money and got to keep the glasses. I know that it takes days to process a return, but a confirmation or receipt would have put me more at ease, and they’ve done nothing except tell me to wait. I know when I’ve done returns in San Antonio, they always give me some sort of confirmation. But honestly I’m never going back to any location. Just go through the designer or somewhere more reliable to purchase instead.

Sold me a pair of RayBan’s for $250, never even wore them and the extremely discourteous Manger said she wouldn’t take them back or exchange them because they “were scratched”. Phantom scratch so they don’t have to lose a commission apparently. Buy elsewhere, no excuse for poor customer service and a lack of professionalism. Edit: I’m glad I never went back, I found the location in Midland, TX to be so much better, kind staff and reasonable managers.
