Never go through this store or franchise. I placed an online order for store pickup, and when I didn’t like the style, I asked the cashier if I could exchange them for another pair. She said yes, she would cancel the existing order and simply do the exchange. But then couldn’t. Didn’t give me a receipt confirming the cancellation, no email, nothing, and said I couldn’t just take the glasses I ordered because it was already “canceled”. Fast forward to today, still can’t get any help through the store (they say they don’t have them) or customer service line (customer service said my glasses are still ready for pickup). So now I’m just in limbo, sunglass hut got my money and got to keep the glasses. I know that it takes days to process a return, but a confirmation or receipt would have put me more at ease, and they’ve done nothing except tell me to wait. I know when I’ve done returns in San Antonio, they always give me some sort of confirmation. But honestly I’m never going back to any location. Just go through the designer or somewhere more reliable to purchase instead.

Went in for replacement parts and Samantha ❤️ was seriously the best person in the store. Amazing customer service, she went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. Seriously, give her a raise and never lose her!!!!!
