  I visited the Lululemon store today for the first time and unfortunately didn’t have a great experience. The employees seemed unfriendly and we felt like we were being looked at strangely rather than welcomed. At one point we were looking at a rack and an employee stood there tapping her foot and looking at us instead of simply saying “excuse me” so she could access it. Another employee also bumped into me while walking by without saying excuse me. I was really excited to shop here for the first time, so it was disappointing. I hope the customer service experience can improve because the brand has such a great reputation.

  Everytime I have gone here the employees have been rude at the checkout desk and they leave security tags on your clothes

  Lululemon Mesa has amazing customer service. The store was super organized, which made it easy to find what I was looking for, and the team worked really well together. The employees were great at helping put together outfits and gave really helpful recommendations based on style and comfort. A special shoutout to Gena—she went above and beyond helping me choose pieces that matched well and fit exactly what I needed. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about helping customers, and the teamwork in the store made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back.
