    If I could leave 0 stars trust me I certainly would. I did the mistake of ordering from this company on their official website before reading the reviews. I ordered yesterday (Feb 23) to be delivered for today (Feb 24). To tell you this place is garbage is an understatement. There is a tracking process where you could check that status of your order, tell me why it was on the “crafting your order” FOR OVER 3 HOURS. Mind you literally all I ordered was a mini birthday box. I used the official customer service contact on their website asking for an update and NOT ONCE did they have the decency to help provide an answer. This is when I read the reviews and came to the conclusion that I probably was never going to get my order delivered. Then finally by a miracle my order was finally “on the way” and said it was apparently 6 stops away. I had to call my wife to ruin the surprise of this arrangement to let her know she was going to be receiving something at work and if she could possibly stay a bit behind to recieve it. I refreshed the order and it said it was then 5 stops away so I thought we were getting somewhere. As if it couldnt get any worse, all of a sudden it went to 10 STOPS AWAY. HOW IN THE WORLD DOES IT GO FROM 6, 5 STOPS AWAY TO 10!!! GENUINELY HOW!? OH MY GOD this was HORRIBLE for a first timer. PLEASE PLEASE spend your money elsewhere and avoid paying this place at all costs. First and last time I ever spend a penny on this place. And as of right now at 4:32 pm there still hasnt been a delivery made.

    Online order was placed on 6FEB for delivery on 14FEB, no attempts were made to update online tracking, to contact customer, or recipient. Being a husband who is away during special and intimate events in order to support my family the little things matter, my wife a mother of 6 was absolutely heart broken. Super disappointed

    I ordered for Valentine’s Day for my husband. The order never moved past store received. I called all day, apparently they don’t answer the phone. I called the location more than 20 times throughout the day, and they did not answer once. I also sent emails with no response. If you’re wanting to do something special for your loved one, go somewhere else! And edit to add: no we did not get the order. They sent it out via an uber. Apparently to the wrong address (I checked we put the correct address on the order) and the driver called to say they went to the wrong place, but cannot reroute “because uber has rules” honestly it was probably stolen. I have never been so upset and angry. This is absolutely the WORST company! I repeat DO NOT use them!

    Very rude customer service, very unprofessional & takes everything personal when you ask for clarity. The older woman there acts like a ditzy señora. The young girl tries to tell people how they feel as if she paid for the order. They don’t know how to function as being the only store in El Paso. They ignore your calls & delivery the wrong orders to customers knowing how sentimental of service they provide. Don’t spend your hundreds of dollars on laziness of a business. Go support small businesses, your local creative neighbor gifts.

    Terrible decision to be honest I rather help a Family member with there arrangements to be genuine honest! I paid $130 dlls with a letter that she didn’t even get I had to tell her it was from me! They called me asking if I wanted to let her know that it was coming from she had to call to figure who she got it from. Arrangement came in super small it was delivered but with out the card asking her to be my Valentines.
