  Leslie, the manager of this store, has the judgment, composure, and authority you want in leadership but what stood out most was her humility and common sense. She handled my situation with grace and made the right decision, even when it wasn’t the easiest one. Because of her, I didn’t end up wasting money and I walked out with the correct size on two pairs of pants. And yes, she’s truly beautiful not only on the outside, but even more in the spirit she carries within. I can genuinely see a bright future for her in anything she chooses to pursue. Right now, she’s the spark in this store.

  The cashiers are too slow and they spend around 10 min with each client, that makes us as clients to just want to go to another store with better customer service

  It seemed like the manager on shift was on a bit of a power trip. You could sense the tension among the staff; they looked uncomfortable and stressed. It really affected the atmosphere of the place, which was disappointing because the service itself could’ve been great otherwise.

  Honesty really is the best policy! I couldn't find my bank card over a 4 day span, so I looked into my bank records and saw that my last purchase was at American Eagle in Cielo Vista Mall. I phoned and was pleasantly surprised that they have been holding my card and there wasn't one shenanigans! It really refreshing to know there are still honest people out there =)

  Horrible customer service. 9/3/25 at 11:30 am Claims i can’t process a return without having the card we used on hand. We have done multiple returns this way and it has never been an issue. She just flat out refused to do it unless it was store credit. Train your employees better
