It really affected the atmosphere of the place, which was disappointing because the service itself could’ve been great otherwise.

I couldn't find my bank card over a 4 day span, so I looked into my bank records and saw that my last purchase was at American Eagle in Cielo Vista Mall. I phoned and was pleasantly surprised that they have been holding my card and there wasn't one shenanigans! It really refreshing to know there are still honest people out there =)

We have done multiple returns this way and it has never been an issue. She just flat out refused to do it unless it was store credit. Train your employees better
