  I really liked this store—the clothes and accessories are beautiful, and they have a great selection. Everything looks well put together, and I was excited about my purchase. However, my experience at checkout was very uncomfortable. After I paid, I was stopped and asked to show my receipt. When I did, I was told that I had put something in my bag without paying. I asked what item they were referring to, checked my receipt, and it was a pair of earrings so I just paid for the earrings thinking “what did I did do that I didn’t scan it how can I miss that “ so when I came home and check my receipt I saw that I did pay for the item It was the first purchase I scan and paid double the earrings … just check your stuff and be careful it won’t happen to you . Being accused like that in front of others was embarrassing and made me feel unfairly judged as a customer. I understand that stores need to prevent theft, but situations like this should be handled more carefully and respectfully. I hope they can improve how they approach these situations, because aside from this experience, the store itself has really nice items.

  Está muy amplia la tienda aunque yo esperaba más propuesta de moda europea.... El área de Beauty está muy básica y NO es de marcas reconocidas.. el precio de la ropa está súper bueno

  Bad experience, very disrespectful and rude one manager I believe her name was Carla, not only was she rude to me but witness her yelling at other employees. Never again

  Staff is always attentive and supportive. The store is never too disorganized, and the staff do an incredible job keeping everything tight. You cab find plenty of options and deals for all the family. Good quality and excellent price.
