  Supervisor in the home section don’t know what her name was, but she was wearing a black Nike shirt with a ponytail. Don’t know how she got up to that position with being so rude and disrespectful. She basically laughed at my son because he couldn’t fit into a jacket and she said maybe if he didn’t sweat so much that she could return it but she was being so rude and absolutely a horrible customer service experience

  So, come in the store get a 10% coupon all is well so far,, I get to the counter to pay , lay my coupon out in front of the cashier she charges me I pay and I ask her if she applied the coupon (I wanted to know how much I saved) ,, she says no I didn’t smiles you didn’t give it to me I say I laid it out right in front of you since you started she says again well I didn’t sooooooo and I am like cant you apply it her answer well I’d have to do a return it would take too long and starts making excuses faces gestures with her hands , now I remember why stopped coming here ! !

  Great customer service! Mercedes at JCPenney was very nice and friendly. She was quick to help and made the experience easy and pleasant. I really appreciated her professionalism and kindness.
