  Worst Academy I've been to. Spent way to much time looking because no one was working in the shoe department, one register open even with a line of people waiting and things were outta place...which is one reason it took so long finding some shoes. If I didn't need them tonite, I woulda just left. SMDH.

  Yesterday I went to go buy myself at 410 break open shotgun when I got there I asked if they still had it because online it said they only had one and the guy behind the counter said yes we do he pointed out to the one on display but I got a brand new one in the back I said okay I don't want the one on display okay while I was there he asked me if I wanted to see my shotgun I said yes so he got it out from the box BRAND NEW not the one on DISPLAY because the one on display was still on display😡. He said okay so do you like it I said yes I want it okay so I filled out all the forms on the tablet and he said it will take about good 20 to 30 minutes to see if you are approved I said okay don't worry about it I'll be roaming around in the store. So when I came back he said you're okay to go you've been approved I was happy and all. He reviewed all the paperwork with me and of course the manual and all that stuff etc. okay so I came home I put on top of my kitchen counter and when I was opening it I saw that on the box it said DISPLAY 😡.. I don't know about you all but I don't like to buy stuff on DISPLAY I know it hasn't been technically used as being shot but why lie to the customer when you're showing them the brand new one from the box and the other one is still on display. 😡 MY SHOTGUN WORKS PERFECTLY. BUT WHY LIE TO THE CUSTOMER I CALLED THEM TODAY APRIL 15TH 2026 AND I SPOKE TO THE GUY THAT SOLD ME THE SHOTGUN I'm still lying to me saying that he showed me the one on display I said no sir and he also said that he had put it on display like 2-3 days ago also lying to me again because on the box it says it's been on this DISPLAY since November 2025.. BE AWARE ACADEMY SPORTS IN EDINBURG THEY WILL GIVE YOU THE ONE THATS on DISPLAY THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE ONE THAT'S ON THE BOX THAT'S BRAND NEW.. I am super upset

  Yesterday I bought a product that I came to return today. Yesterday there was a long line to pay even though there were 3 cashiers, well one was doing nothing. Today only one cashier and also very long line. There was another lady with full Academy uniform making a video call and she said she didn’t work for academy even though she was behind the counter.

  I was thinking about purchasing a firearm but with the bad experience that Pablo brown gave i will go to a pawn shop instead 🤣
