I traveled approximately an hour from my home to the store, only to find that the incorrect item had been packed. Additionally, I was informed that the item I ordered was not available either in-store or online. This experience was disappointing and resulted in unnecessary time and travel expenses. Do better!
- DDDebbie DetterNov 22, 20254.0I’ve gone here twice. The first time I found some things I needed. I didn’t realize they had MAC and I needed some new shades of lipstick. The second time I went there they were having a huge sale and I didn’t find anything. It’s always hard when there’s a sale to find things because they’re all kind of clumped together and it’s visually overwhelming, plus finding it in your size is challenging because things have been put back out of order. I also checked out the shoes but didn’t find anything I liked. I think it’s one of those places that can be hit or miss and you probably can’t go there expecting to find something you need because it probably won’t be there. So, have an open mind when shopping there.

I came here because of the last experience I had here. They gave such amazing service. I brought my friend to go shopping this time, and we found some nice things for him. I really appreciate this store. Especially because they're much more discounted than the main Nordstrom Rack. This one has amazing deals for what they have, and its very quality clothing.
