The guy that did the install wasn’t very helpful, he seemed frustrated. But overall I gave them a five star because the office staff was very helpful, nice and over all professional.

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
