  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Steve Madden at NorthPark Mall in Dallas is my go-to spot for slip-on dress shoes. They consistently have a great selection that’s both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to find something that works for everyday wear or more dressed-up occasions. The store is always well organized, and the quality holds up over time. If you’re looking for sharp, easy-to-wear dress shoes, this location never disappoints.

  7pm is WAY too early to close during the week! when you leave work around 530 then sit in Dallas traffic (which continues to get exponentially worse) it’s nearly impossible to make it there to buy anything. 8 is even still a bit early for people who work full time, but 7??? What’s the point of even being open on weekdays and attempting NorthPark on a weekend is another post itself. Anchor stores like Macy and Nordstrom remain open until 9, I don’t see why Steve Madden has to go to 9-5 workdays. Open later and stay open later so people can actually shop… I just want to see what they look like on me before I drop $200 and wait for shipping to order online

  I don't think the staff here are welcoming to Asians. They didn't say hello when we walked in, but they did greet two white people who came in just 1 minute after us. Even when we asked if we could try the shoes on, they turned away.

  I bought a pair of heels for my wedding and tried them on in the store. They were very uncomfortable but she told me if I found something better I could return them. I didn’t put them on after that and found better heels that were more comfortable. I went to return them today and they refused to return them because they were “worn”. They have been in the box since they got home so how they look is how they sold them to me. So even though I wanted to return shoes the same exact way they were sold to me I could not. I will never buy another Steve Madden shoe again I expected a lot more for how much I spent on a pair of shoes.
