Sonya B., the floor manager, was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, heard, and valued. What I appreciated most was her approach—she was attentive, honest, and never pushy. Instead of immediately asking, “What’s your budget?” (which can feel impersonal), she simply paid attention to the styles I was drawn to and guided me effortlessly toward the perfect choice. I came in looking for a ring jacket for my wedding ring, as resizing wasn’t an option, and Sonya made the entire process seamless. Knowing that their jewelers are in-house gave me even more confidence, especially since they’re able to perfectly fit my entire wedding set into the jacket. This was truly a personalized, elevated experience from start to finish. I’m so excited to pick up my ring next week! Highly recommend asking for Sonya B.—you will be in the best hands. 💍✨

She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, taking the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guiding me with such care and expertise.   Had an amazing experience with Amy Nappier. I had to reschedule my appointment twice due to unexpected weather delays. Amy made time for me to be able to come in while their half off diamond deal was still going on. I did not expect to go home that day with a diamond but I did. I wanted a custom engagement ring and throughout the process she made sure she was very thorough and had an understanding of what exactly I wanted. She was very timely with sending back the CADs and was communicating with me every step of the way. Amy and her team was able to make my dream come true and produce my dream ring! 10/10 recommend Amy Nappier and her team. Thank you Amy. It was a pleasure working with you.
