    My son’s cheap carry on broke so I handed down my Away and decided to upgrade to a Rimowa. I wanted something lightweight I could lift in the overhead and Angelo showed me both a 7lb and 5lb option that were poly instead of aluminum. He was helpful and courteous and I went with the 7lb option in black. I compared it to my Away when I got home and the wheels were so much smoother and quieter that I decided I should upgrade our checked luggage next before our trip to Japan. While at lunch the next day, I got a nice email from Angelo who remembered our upcoming trip to the Bahamas and headed straight to the store to upgrade early. I wanted a black aluminum one and he showed me what the black aluminum looks like scratched in case it would bother me (it didn’t but it was good to know). I had picked one that he brought out but then last minute wanted to look at the trunk cause the shape/sizing seemed like a better fit and he was helpful showing me the interior difference which I ended up going with the larger trunk in black. He changed the codes for me and got the luggage tag embossed quickly and I was in/out in no time. Great service and hopefully these will last many trips! I know my son is hoping his Away gets trashed so his gets upgraded too lol.

    I honestly want to give this store a 5 star ,but hear me out on my pickup experience. Hot stamp machine was broken and there was no timeline provided for the repair. Service felt disengaged and the overall atmosphere was gloomy. I cannot fully confirm, but the associate seemed unhappy, which affected the experience. I’m glad I purchased online, had I bought in-store, the wait and overall experience would have made me reconsider Although the mood of the sales rep can be subjective what is a definitive biggest issue was there was no estimated timeline provided for the hot stamping repair, which made the experience feel unclear and the poor engagement on a weekend peak business hours

    Chris Flores is the BEST. Genuine and super helpful. His customer service is top tier. I work in customer service and I was blown away. This was my first time meeting him, but he is the reason I will be a rimowa customer for life. Thank you so much

    Avoid Angelo. I walked in ready to buy a Rimowa Classic, but his elitist attitude was unbearable. He was dismissive, told me not to touch the aluminum to avoid "smudging" it, and acted like helping me was a chore. I took my $1,500 elsewhere. Absolute peak snobbery.

    Unless you want to feel less than or bother, do not go to this location. I went on Monday to inquire about some new luggage and Angelo was very rude and short in his attitude which was a 180 difference with the service i saw him give the couple he was helping before as they were laughing and having a great time, so i cant assume he was just having a bad day. I asked if there was a possibility of any luggage being available in the Ballerina Pink color and he said no, which i understood. I asked if i could see the luggage in other color and he was reluctant to show me anything. I finally got him to show me the cabin size and asked about the difference between the large check in and the trunk plus and he said 30% with no additional context. When i asked for clarification, he gave attitude and said it was 30% more volume. I asked to see the trunk which he pulled and just stood there offering no assistance. I asked about if there was a waitlist for the pink color since i had heard there was, he didn't say yes or no only 'theres 60 people on that list'. I finally got the hint that he wasnt going to help so i left and went to the Clearfork Location were Armando and his team were amazing and helped me complete my preorder for my pink luggage. Save yourself the time, effort, and humiliation and just go to the Clearfork location instead.
