I’m frustrated that the store lists a phone number but doesn’t answer calls. Customers shouldn’t have to come in person just to get a quick answer. It would be much more respectful of people’s time if calls were handled promptly or if there were a reliable way to get information without visiting the store. Called 3 times.

Went to test out and buy the met display. The guy there was great. Did the demo and really just gave all the information needed.

Horrible experience at the NorthPark Ray-Ban location. I was sold a display item because they were out of stock, and was clearly told I could come back and exchange it for a new pair. When I returned, they refused to honor that and left me stuck with a used product. Selling display items as final purchases and then denying the promised exchange is misleading and unacceptable. Would not recommend this location.

If your a person of color do not shop here. When I first arrived at this location the place felt weird and uncomfortable I ignored the signs but when I purchase my glasses they gave me my receipt with another man's name on it even i had given them my name and email address. Then I tried returning the glasses and they wouldn't let me. I knew it was going to be difficult so I kept them and decided to make the review. In general id stay away from raybans and raybans online as well I purchase another pair online they arrived at my how said shipped from some place in China and glasses where all scratched up. I paid a lot of money for scratched up glasses. If you like to struggle then go a right on a head they'll gladly take your money.

They stole my money!! $405!! I ordered a pair of meta glasses online and returned them a week later because of how big and heavily on the ears they were. I returned them via mail, tracked the package and saw it arrived. For over a month I inquired about my refund and each time I was told it will be in my account within days. They even sent an email stating this. It’s now 1.5 months and I still don’t have my refund. There’s no supervisor that I can talk to or anything I just keep calling and keep getting the same story. I don’t have the glasses or my money. I would never ever recommend RayBan, matter of fact it will be quite the opposite. Like I said, they steal from their customers!!!
