  I have called the Northpark store 6 times in the past week and a half to check on a purse strap that I was having fixed. They have not returned my calls.

  Always have the best experiences! Gabriela is my go to person, she is so helpful and kind. I enjoy shopping and chatting with her every time I visit LV. Great customer service by all means!
