  I visited the store about two weeks ago to purchase a belt and a pair of shoes. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. As soon as the sales associate realized I wasn’t buying a bag, his attitude noticeably changed. He seemed uninterested, walked us over to the men’s belt section, and then spent most of the time on his phone while we were browsing. This was not our first time purchasing a belt from LV — our previous experience was excellent, which made this visit even more frustrating. The associate came across as rude, unprofessional, and frankly quite dismissive. He didn’t even bother to confirm our account information until I had to prompt him myself. Only then did he casually ask for my name. Spending $800 on a belt in 5 mins should come with a certain level of service and respect, and this experience fell far below expectations. This is honestly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had in a luxury store. If this is the level of service being provided, it will absolutely impact customer loyalty over time.

  This store has the rudest most racist unprofessional sales people! It was Valentines day, ofcourse there was a wait time! Patiently waited, finally able to walk in. Greeted by a woman that barely talked to my husband and I, couldnt hear her voice and was upset that we didnt have anything in mind to buy! I mean all I wanted to do was browse at what they had at the moment! Finally since we were there we decided to bring in my husband'sncologne for a refill but since he was given a wrong bottle the last time he refilled i decided to buy him a new one and get it personalized... coincidentally machines were not working! We then bought another fragrance and she was just not having it! Upset the whole time! I mean if Altuve was treated wrong what can I expect! LV needs to train them properly! They are there as employees not owners! They are there to sell, however with such attitude you will end up losing customers! I guarantee that!

  Great shopping experience here! From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in, Isaac greeted us with kindness. He was very friendly & personable when helping us in fragrances. Originally, we were going to sit and think on purchasing the fragrance, but his kind spirit made us turn around and buy it in the moment. This was the best experience I’ve ever had in a Louis Vuitton store. Thank you, Isaac!

  I visited this Louis Vuitton location to purchase a pair of shoes, and I had a wonderful experience. The associate who assisted me was incredibly helpful and patient. They took the time to understand what I was looking for, asked about my comfort preferences, and made sure I found the perfect fit. I truly appreciated the level of attention and professionalism shown throughout the process. The service felt personal, unhurried, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right choice. This visit reminded me why I enjoy shopping with Louis Vuitton. Excellent customer care and a great in-store experience.

  I visited the Louis Vuitton located inside of the North Park Mall, Dallas Tx two days in a row. Both days I purchased a fragrance, both days I received excellent service. I was in my work boots and a simple pull over, but never felt out of place. The first day, Michelle helped me out and was simply fantastic. She was so kind, and knowledgeable on all of the fragrances, ultimately helping me find the right one for me. The next day, I can’t recall the ladies name that helped me, but she was also very kind. I was inbetween on two fragrances, and she helped me narrow down which one was best suited for me. I originally planned to also purchase Symphony for my wife, but when I realized that it was double the price of the others, I politely declined the purchase. She did not make me feel judged in any sort of way for this, and i sincerely appreciate that. I have finished my Creed collection, my Xerjoff collection, Gucci and others but LV is the pinnacle of fragrances in my opinion. I build relationships and partnerships with ONE location when I am purchasing from designer brands. This was my first fragrance purchase with Louis Vuitton, and the North Park location will be the only LV I purchase the remainder of my fragrances from while I complete this collection. The service was top notch, welcoming and friendly. Fantastic job!
