Based on the store’s hours (posted in multiple places), I went to another store before going to this one. I got there 5 minutes after 8pm and the store was closed. Please update your online information! Your staff basically ignored me standing outside the door while simply trying to let them know that the stores posted hours are inaccurate. Will definitely think twice about going back.

Next time I pop in, I'm definitely getting something. The staff were also kind and helpful, making the experience even better. Five stars!

He was standing his ground on exchange or store credit but I did not like anything in store and we live an hour away. We read the policy out loud and it did state how he was implying. I called DG on the phone he gave me the wrong number first and I proceeded to call the number on the website. The representative on the phone told me it’s based on the individual store preference of return. The sales representative also let me know he can refuse exchange or return. I thought that language was very disrespectful because our money was already spent. If we called our bank there would be no issue in returning funds. I didn’t want the sale representative who was kind to loose a sale of his job. I decided to go into YSL & make a better purchase and solve the issue with a hat for my love. In the future treat money fair.
