I ordered something online and when I came to the store and already showed them my order number and my name but then they asked what I ordered to check their stock… They also didn’t welcome us when we came in but very welcome other customers, I feel we are not being treated well as customer. I’ve never had any such bad experiences at other stores before. I love Wilson but their customer service (at least the staffs at Dallas location) need to be improved.
