- AWAlura Woodroof1 day ago1.0A lady named Julie did not want to show me a stone in the color I wanted, saying she reserved those for her lighter toned clients. I thought I would be wearing the jewelery I was purchasing, not her. She needs to be fired or retrained. She has no business in a customer service role. I left without making my intended purchase because of her abhorrent and shameful attitude. I would give 0 stars if possible.

- SSSvetaDec 12, 20251.0I went today to buy a gift for mom, the front desk pannet didn't let us in, saying that we needed an appointment, I told her but the shop was empty she said it is true but we still needed an appointment, she didn't offer us a time slot for appointment if this was a case, I think she was profiling us that we can't afford it, I am actually a doctor who can easily afford buying a gift from there, I think this arrogance and snobbery is wrong
