  Extremely poor customer service for a few reasons: I asked the salesman the total price w/ tax so I could prepare payment, he misquoted me by over $100 which required me to cancel a payment and reset payment, takes about an hour to cancel out and could not resubmit for the same store. The salesman in charge apologized and offered free expedited 1-2 day shipment which of course did not happen(this is in part due to the weather in New York, so somewhat acceptable), although an email of any type would have been nice. I called the store to only be forwarded to a full voice mail. I had to call the main customer service line and wait about 10 minutes for someone to answer. No reason given a to why the store does not answer its phone but they did send an email to the store. It just seems to me that when you spend over $1000 on a pair of shoes that the customer service would be exceptional. Answer your phone, check your voice mail, be detailed specific and follow up if there are issues. This will be my last pair of Tod's!

  Tod’s shoes are great, and even better that they offer larger sizes, but what really sells the brand, experience, and footwear is the team at Tod’s Northpark. Klara is amazing to work with, especially patient and understanding, and a joy to chat with along the way. Cannot recommend Klara and Tod’s enough!
