- NANya ADec 12, 20251.0This has to be the worst Tiffany Store in the region and I truly hate going here, which is disappointing because I love the Galleria location, and shopping at Northpark. I've gone various times for servicing and they are flippant and condescending more often than not. I forgot a piece of jewelry and was recently sent a letter and invoice I realized I hadn't seen it so called to confirm, and they informed me it was sent back to fulfillment, and it would be returned I called again to check in and was told I picked it up already? I highly advise you go to any other location for purchasing or servicing needs.
- AHAlicia HeineDec 3, 20251.0I had my necklace cleaned at this location and prior to heading to the store to pick it up on 12/3/25 I called to confirm it was ready for pick up. After confirming that it was ready over the phone, when I arrived they could not find my cleaning or necklace with my drivers license. I had my receipt with me so I provided that as well and then was left waiting in the store front with no explanation for about 15 minutes while the employee was somewhere in the back. Eventually my necklace was brought and I was told it had not been cleaned yet but that they had done it real quickly for me. I would have preferred to have it done properly than quickly even if I had already made the trip to the store. Moreover, my necklace is significantly scratched in several places on the heart where it was not before. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture before dropping it off so I don’t think I can ask them to do anything about the scratches, but I’m sharing this so you can avoid this location and have your jewelry cleaned at another Tiffany and Co.
