- LLLMar 7, 20265.0Should've written this review a year ago when I purchased the engagement ring back in Feb 2025, with the help from Sana. Sana is not only a certified expert in diamond, but also a customer-centered Tiffany store team member. She showed patience when I was late for an appointment even after 8 PM. She was a listener and a good observer. She let me settle down after a very long-day of work before showing the ring I ordered. I'm a deep believer that Love starts with patience. Sana impressed me with her patience and sympathy. With the ring, I got married in August 2025 and of course I ordered the marriage ring through Sana again. This world needs more people like Sana, not for sales but for love and passion and goodwill. Also the store manager was great too. It's my privilege to have her be a part of my experience at Tiffany! I'm grateful. Loyal customer of Tiffany. God bless

- SSShenFeb 26, 20261.0I have been shopping at Tiffany’s for over 20 years, buying pieces for myself, jewelry for others, and even wedding gifts. Their service and policies are now poor and no longer what it was before. Here are the facts: I dropped off jewelry today for cleaning; what used to be free is now at least $25 per item. Furthermore, when I bought my ID Tag Pendant, I was told engraving would be free whenever I decided on the design. Now, they charge at least $80 for that same service. No thanks. Never again. It has become a place of pedestrian designs and poor service. Even James Avery still offers free cleaning!
