The space is gorgeous, with a luxurious and elegant atmosphere that perfectly complements their timeless jewelry. Even if jewelry isn't your thing, they have other beautiful items that might catch your eye. The staff were super nice and incredibly helpful, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a beautiful store with excellent service and a wonderful selection of pieces. Highly recommended!

Sana was so welcoming to the whole family, attentive, patient, followed up promptly with texts and it was an absolute pleasure finding something perfect to mark the occasion. She also has fantastic taste and I would not have walked away with the piece I did without her help! Fantastic - would absolutely recommend!

Turns out the requirement is a farce. Spend your money elsewhere. The only thing special about buying from Tiffany & Co. is the silly blue box it comes in.
- LSLucy SelgasSep 11, 20251.0I hardly ever write reviews, but my experience at Tiffany's Northpark location has been nothing short of appalling. My engagement ring, given to me in 2013 had a large center stone come lose. This is the third time this has happened, and not due to normal "wear and tear", as I do not wear the ring often. Unfortunately Tiffany's does not seem to stand by it's quality as it once did. In the past, my ring has been repaired free of charge, but this time I was told I would be responsible for the charges. The associate helping me was rude and incompetent. She did not confirm my address before placing the repair order, I had to ask if she had the right address, and she did not - so my ring would have been mailed to someone else, had I not asked to confirm. I will not be returning to this Tiffany's location, and likely will not be purchasing from Tiffany's in the future. Extremely disappointed with both the customer service, and quality of Tiffany's.
