- ACApril CarrollDec 23, 20252.0My husband surprised me with a beautiful pair of pearl earrings for our anniversary. In a little over a year one of the posts separated from the pearl. He took them back to the store and was told it would be an $80 repair and would take 3-4 weeks. So disappointed with their product and their customer service. Will never purchase anything at Tiffany’s again. It is sadly overrated.

We WERE regular and consistent customers and were shocked at our treatment by sales staff and the store manager. We kind of knew there was a problem when all of our regular salespeople left. Now, you can’t catch the same person there twice. It’s sad, I have so many great memories from that store. I am extremely thankful to have store options in the metroplex!
