Ty , the manager was very knowledgeable of introducing the lenses of the sunglasses and took his time to help me choose the right lens that fits me.

he hours must be wrong on google or the store manager has no accountability. My girlfriend and i waited from 10am to 1030 and no one came near the store so we left. google says they open at 10am on fridays and saturdays. but i guess they do not. not just this store i did not see one shop open at 10am.

It was a horrible experience with the manager and his co worker at this location. I bought a pair of sunglasses for my mom a day before at the stonebriar location and she simply didn’t like them so I wanted to return them. I had my receipt and box it was given me in. The minute I told them I am here for a return the attitude changed. The manager started giving me an attitude. He was trying to find a reason to not return me the money o spent. He opened the box and told me I am suppose to have return label on there and since it doesn’t have it he won’t return it for me. I politely asked him what could be done in this situation as I am not from Dallas and leaving town at night and the glasses has to be return. He yelled at me and my mom and told us not his fault and he couldn’t do anything. I called the stonebriar location and the manager there was happy to talk to galleria manager but he refused to speak to him. Then they made the district manager give him a call and all of a sudden he processed my refund telling me he is new and is so upset that they didn’t train him to do this type of returns. It’s horrible to treat a customer in a such a manner specially because you don’t know what you are doing.

I had a terrible experience with this sunglasses hut. At my first visit the sales associate was extremely nice and helped me find a pair of polarized glasses that were $200. I took them home and showed them to my husband and noticed there was a small scratch on the glasses that was covered with a small red “ray band” sticker and called the store multiple times with no answer over the next couple of days. I went to a sunglasses but near my house and explained to the sales associate there what happened. He cleaned the glasses and said that I could exchange them but I needed to return to the previous store. I drove to Dallas to simply exchange them for the same glasses that were not scratched I was told I could only receive 50% off of another pair and even if I found the same glasses I would have to pay an the additional $100! I think this is completely ridiculous that they could not even compensate a percentage of the cost of the glasses and tried to rip me off by spending $300 for a pair of glasses that were scratched and then tried to cover it up! I would not recommend this store at all and thoroughly check your glasses before buying them otherwise you’ll be ripped off like me!
