She really knows her stuff when it comes to lens materials, tints, gradients, and general knowledge about sunglasses. As someone who is interested in the technical details of the sunglasses that I’m buying, I really appreciated her help and although they didn’t have the exact combination of frames and lenses that I was looking for, I was able to find them and purchase them at another Sunglass Hut location.

I bought a pair of sunglasses for my mom a day before at the stonebriar location and she simply didn’t like them so I wanted to return them. I had my receipt and box it was given me in. The minute I told them I am here for a return the attitude changed. The manager started giving me an attitude. He was trying to find a reason to not return me the money o spent. He opened the box and told me I am suppose to have return label on there and since it doesn’t have it he won’t return it for me. I politely asked him what could be done in this situation as I am not from Dallas and leaving town at night and the glasses has to be return. He yelled at me and my mom and told us not his fault and he couldn’t do anything. I called the stonebriar location and the manager there was happy to talk to galleria manager but he refused to speak to him. Then they made the district manager give him a call and all of a sudden he processed my refund telling me he is new and is so upset that they didn’t train him to do this type of returns. It’s horrible to treat a customer in a such a manner specially because you don’t know what you are doing.
