- AMAna Paula MuroOct 4, 20221.0Terrible experience, purchased a pair of sunglasses online for pickup and not only were they clearly used, they were all scratched. When I went back a few days later to return the sunglasses I received terrible customer service. I get that the customer is not always right but to give me damaged glasses, try and gaslight me, deny my return AND give me the nastiest attitude? Wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything here.
