- KSKarina Smith6 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I placed an online order for in-store pickup and never received a confirmation email, so I had to call customer service to even locate my order. Once they confirmed it was being held at Store 5199, I called the store directly and spoke with the manager, Magli, who told me the item would be ready when I arrived. When I got there, I was told the manager had given my order to a Rover courier without my permission, even though it was a store pickup and I had just spoken with her. I never received the package, and when I followed up, the manager said she would update me the next day, but she never did. I called again and was told she was out of the office, and my request to speak with her supervisor was declined. I was simply redirected back to customer service, even though the issue clearly happened at the store level. My order was mishandled, my package was given to someone without my approval, and there was no accountability from the manager or the store. This should never happen, and the lack of communication made the entire experience extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this location based on how my situation was handled.
