I specifically came to this location because of the super negative reviews at the Steve Madden store in Allen, I actually live closer to that one. Coming to the Galleria location was definitely worth the drive. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by Alexis. She was tending to another customer, but she did not wait long to check on me. I saw a pair of boots online, and she grabbed my size and boom, done! Alexis was professional, knowledgeable, fun and sweet, and I love these boots. I will be back!

Jayleigh was warm, smart, & adorable & gave me 5 star customer service. The other great gals , Brenda , who helped me earlier in the day on my first visit ; soooo kind & friendly & Paige a punky funky Austinite who was so welcoming & helpful . The vibes & the product will keep me coming back to the Galleria Dallas store. These gals ALL deserve props from corporate as they are making Steve Madden look great & making the customers happy & “ well heeled”!

They have a rope across the door and said there's a capacity limit, but there's plenty of room to walk around inside with maybe 10 people total inside. No idea what they're talking about. I recommend going somewhere else to shop.
