- YCYexin ChenSep 1, 20251.0When I stopped by, the doorwoman asked me to wait a few minutes cuz it looked like all assistant were helping customers. So I left for other stores and then came back in 5 or 10 mins. Then when I tried to enter again, I got greeted in the same way; however this time there was basically just one customer in the store. And then as I stood there waiting for 2 mins, the assistant in the store told the doorwoman that I was good to enter even there was no other assitant showing up to help me. This is one of their tactics of manually creating scarcity and it was disgusting. No more step-in for this store :)

I won’t ever purchase from YSL again and I will make sure to tell everyone not to buy from this brand. I recommend you check out other luxury brands as they don’t have such a terrible return policy.
