  Megan at Robbins Brothers has been super helpful along my fiancé and I’s wedding band journey. She never put pressure on us in store to purchase and was very accommodating in letting me try on multiple rings of multiple styles. I felt like I could relate to her on lots of levels and enjoyed having her as my sales associate. If you’re in need of a ring, highly recommend Megan at RB!

  My friend and I, two potential buyers for an engagement ring and a wedding band, recently visited Robbins Brothers after being heavily recommended to ring shop there due to great customer service and a variety of ring choices. Unfortunately, Nasir, the gentleman who assisted my friend and I, created a very uncomfortable environment. He was very unfriendly and treated us as though we were inconveniencing him. We have both visited multiple jewelers, and this was by far the most unpleasant experience we’ve had thus far. I am certain our experience, and possible purchase, would have been positive had we’d felt even remotely welcomed. I’d only recommend going here if you’re lucky enough to get a friendly employee.

  My girlfriend and I stopped in to start looking at engagement rings and Megan helped us out. We came in not knowing much, but she took the time to walk us through everything and explain the different options in a way that was easy to understand. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured to buy anything. Even though we didn’t purchase that day, we left with a much better idea of what we’re looking for. When the time comes to finalize the ring, we’ll definitely be coming back to work with Megan.

  Amy is a gift! Amy collaborated with my fiance to create the most beautiful engagement ring. She was there for every step of the process. She was intentional, thoughtful, efficient, kind, and professional. Amy helped make my dreams come true and I can not recommend working with her enough!!!

  Nasir was so kind and professional. He helped us find a wedding ring and band within our price range while still keeping with the styles we like. He took everything I said into consideration to find me the perfect ring set. He made what we thought would be impossible, possible. He was also so patient which I greatly appreciate because I was so back and forth between oval and pear shaped. Highly recommend working with Nasir. All staff were so polite and welcoming as well upon walking in the doors. An overall amazing experience and will definitely be coming back in the future for more jewelry pieces.
