My Rimowa wine carrier was busted courtesy of American Airlines (big surprise) and they fixed the broken latch in less then 10 minutes at no charge. You cannot find service like that anymore! The store itself was aesthetically pleasing, well-organized, and impeccably clean. This marks our second purchase of two additional carry-on suitcases, as our previous ones were slightly too large for domestic flight overhead bins. We appreciate Rimowa products for their superior quality, durability, lifetime warranty, and in-house repair services, which were key factors in our decision to acquire them.
