- NCNeri CrawfordOct 10, 20251.0Poor communication, wrong information provided. Not clear! Tell me "Oh yes we see your order and you can just come here we open till 6pm. When I come they will tell me that the order still in North Carolina but they have stocks!! Ridiculious! So I paid cause on the store and cancelled the order that has been placed. I drive 40minutes to get there. Paid walk off and I will never be back again!!

The people (2 older ladies I met with were in the mall but this is the one that comes up when I search for it) are nice where I went for clothes, but definitely wrong because I bought 2 shirts and 1 pair of pants. The pants I like because it is cute but it also works. The shirts: 1 white and 1 black, do not work. The black one is okay but not work the price and both are somewhat see-through. The white one is very very see through in actual office light. Thanks….
- KCKeith CannonJul 11, 20251.0Absolutely horrible experience with Michelle. Tried for almost two months to finalize the purchase of two lamps. All I got from Michelle was broken promises, excuse after excuse, failed commitments, no follow-up, and repeated lack of response. I would have to message or call multiple times before hearing back from her. When I asked how come she wasn’t responding to my most recent texts, she offered yet another excuse: they’re short-handed. Yet there were THREE employees in the store this morning looking anything but busy. She even lied about having one of the lamp shades (I have the text to prove it), now telling me today she would have to order it. The Ralph Lauren Home Store, and in particular Michelle, does not care about cultivating repeat business. We’ve made many purchases with them over the years but no more. When I told her today to cancel the lamp sale and that we would no longer do business with RL, she literally said “OK that’s fine.” She’s clearly in the wrong industry. Not a good look for a “luxury” brand.
