The young female sales associate openly mocked me because I was dressed in a relaxed French style, assuming she was more refined and stylish. She clearly had no idea who she was dealing with. Being just sales staff and behaving in such a snobbish, disrespectful way is completely against the values and heritage Ralph Lauren stands for. True luxury is about respect, elegance, and class something she sadly lacks.”
