- SSSophiaApr 13, 20251.0Very rude and dismissive. Walked into the store on a Saturday, not busy afternoon and was not greeted by a sales associate and the woman working there was rather passive aggressive in helping me find jeans- gesturing to the wall saying this was the “general area” where the jeans I wanted were. Also when trying on jeans, with no luck (colors were wrong, sizing too large) provided me with only 3 options after which she seemingly gave up? Really not the experience I was looking for in a luxury daywear brand and did not feel like the saleswoman was interested at all in helping me. Will not be back. Her unfriendliness put me off from even trying to shop there.
