I came to the store to ask warranty as suggested form Prada.com customer services. However, instead of helping me to look into supporting product warranty, the store manager wanted to sell me repairing of the wallet for $85. It is crazy that you paid over $750 for the wallet and then have to pay an additional $85 for repair due to bad material after a few months used. In addition, this store's customer service needs to be improved. ln my usage experience, the LV and Swiss Army wallets were last for years, but my new Prada wallet was only good for 3 months.
