  I had a very disappointing experience at the Prada store in NorthPark Mall, Dallas. As soon as I walked in, I wasn’t properly greeted. After a moment, someone briefly asked if I needed help, but there was no real effort to assist me. A manager who later introduced himself as Ethan approached me, looked me up and down, and asked if I needed help. I told him I was interested in shoes and tried asking a few questions, but he seemed uninterested and did not engage or provide helpful responses. What made the experience worse was watching him spend a long time chatting with another customer about personal matters while I and other clients were left unattended. I strongly felt judged based on my appearance, as if I wasn’t perceived as a serious buyer. Very poor experience and not what I expect from a luxury brand like Prada.

  Prada is one of my favorite luxury brands yet Naz somehow made it better with the service he provided! He made the exchange process as smoothly as it could be and when he couldn’t print the receipt instead of making me wait there he kept tabs on the situation and notified me when the situation was rectified. When I came back to retrieve the receipt, he greeted me by name and when the receipt envelopes weren’t available, he placed the receipt neatly inside a small gift box. Small things like these make a customer feel valued and appreciated. Will definitely be coming back and asking for Naz!

  I have purchased several items from Prada over the past ~5 years. 2 weeks ago, I purchased a pair of boots (specifically the monolith stretch nappa booties) from the NorthPark location as I was home in Dallas for the Thanksgiving holiday. When I put them on for Thanksgiving, I noticed that there was a large tear in the leather of the boot. The boots were worn one time and were worn in the lobby of a hotel until I noticed the tear and quickly took them off. My mom attempted to exchange the defected boots at Prada for me on my behalf (as I live in New York City) - the staff was rude to her and would not exchange the defected boots. These are $1520 not including sales tax. I will have no choice but to charge back the charge on my card since the staff refused to exchange a defected product. I will never shop at a Prada store again - and I will personally tell everyone I know in Dallas to never purchase from the NorthPark location. So poor.

  The guy on the call (Nov 7th afternoon) was very rude and hungup on me and never lifted the call again, I have paid the amount in full and the order got canceled and I'm left with no refund now.
