- MMMaddi MailliardDec 2, 20251.0I have purchased several items from Prada over the past ~5 years. 2 weeks ago, I purchased a pair of boots (specifically the monolith stretch nappa booties) from the NorthPark location as I was home in Dallas for the Thanksgiving holiday. When I put them on for Thanksgiving, I noticed that there was a large tear in the leather of the boot. The boots were worn one time and were worn in the lobby of a hotel until I noticed the tear and quickly took them off. My mom attempted to exchange the defected boots at Prada for me on my behalf (as I live in New York City) - the staff was rude to her and would not exchange the defected boots. These are $1520 not including sales tax. I will have no choice but to charge back the charge on my card since the staff refused to exchange a defected product. I will never shop at a Prada store again - and I will personally tell everyone I know in Dallas to never purchase from the NorthPark location. So poor.

- KVKevin VoDec 29, 20241.0I bought a Prada wallet for less than a year, and I have only used it for the last 3 months. However, the leather color was fading out. I came to the store to ask warranty as suggested form Prada.com customer services. However, instead of helping me to look into supporting product warranty, the store manager wanted to sell me repairing of the wallet for $85. It is crazy that you paid over $750 for the wallet and then have to pay an additional $85 for repair due to bad material after a few months used. In addition, this store's customer service needs to be improved. ln my usage experience, the LV and Swiss Army wallets were last for years, but my new Prada wallet was only good for 3 months.
