  I ordered a birthday for my husband and he was so excited to pick it up. The sales associate refused to let him pick up even i already let the store know ahead of time and sending them both our ids and leaving them a note specifically that my husband + his id and he’ll be picking it up around 2-3pm. Horrible experience. Would never come back to this location

  Kelly is a great client advisor. She keeps me up to date with all the newest collec, and finds the exclusive bags with ease. Use her for all your Prada needs!

  They are absolutely amazing , the sales person Kelly helped me with the bag I want , she is so nice and friendly! She is very professional and know what I want ! If I come back , I will go that store again
