In the market for meta glasses and had just visited the Ray Ban store a few steps away. Wanting to make sure I went with a pair that looked the best on me, I had asked the saleswoman who was educating me on if she would walk back to the Ray Ban store with me to give me her opinion. She was open to it but had to ask her manager.
The manager came over being oddly rude. He wasn’t friendly, approachable, and killed the entire deal. Acting sarcastic when I explained to him why I wanted the sales lady to come with me. Just looking at me nodding. He would respond “how do our glasses feel on you though” when that wasn’t my concern.
I was in a salable mood and the sales woman could have sold me but this manager killed the entire opportunity.

Awful customer service!!! Tried exchanging glasses I got my husband for Christmas. The glasses were still brand new, unworn, RESELLABLE condition. As soon as we walked in we told the worker (guy with long surfer haircut) we were there to exchange. He immediately told us he needed the boxes to be able to exchange. When we bought them, never once were we told they needed the box. I’ve done exchanges without the box. I trashed the box when gift wrapping. The receipt also says we have 30 days, doesn’t say anything about box needed to exchange. Just extremely rude throughout the entire experience in and not willing to take care of the customer. My husband has worn Oakley for years and we’ve had a great experience buying, exchanging and returning from the grapevine mills location…. The problem isn’t Oakley, the problem is the staff at this Northpark location.

Received 2 glasses as a gift for Christmas and unfortunately did not have original box, asked to exchange due to style not fitting me. Was turned away and pretty much told good luck! Glasses are brand new... Not on receipt told that they needed everything but given a date of 30 days for full refund or exchange... instead of helping we were turned away
