    My mother purchased the Pearl Bow Ruched Tee from the sales section, and the tag clearly listed the price as $11. However, the cashier, Jasz H., charged her $22 without explaining that the item was allegedly mislabeled. After reviewing the receipt, I had to return to the store myself to ask why the incorrect amount was charged, only to be told that the item was “mislabeled.” If that was the case, this should have been clearly explained at the register before completing the transaction. The situation felt unprofessional and misleading. Since the store displayed the item at $11, we should have been offered the opportunity to purchase it at that price. Instead, we were forced to return the item altogether. This made for a very disappointing shopping experience.

    Management is so rude. The employees have been so sweet every time I have shopped there, but the managers lash out on the workers IN FRONT of customers and it is NOT okay. I have never experienced that when I shop at North Park!!! Please treat your employees with kindness, they're the ones doing the hard work anyways.
