- MMMs. MNONov 17, 20251.0BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!I have been a customer of Nordstrom’s for over 30 years. I will no longer go to Nordstrom‘s or purchase anything from the store or online. Noticed lately items they are selling are not the quality expected and when you try to return the merchandise WITH tags if they no longer sale that particular brand, (not my problem as a customer),they will not accept as a return. This is not stated in their policy. Nordstrom Galleria Dallas!!!!! Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere as the quality of their goods over the last few years has gone down tremendously pretty much trash with inflated pricing .

During a previous visit, my husband was looking for a suit, but his size wasn’t available in store. Marty assisted us at that time and was incredibly kind and helpful. When we returned today in search of a button-up shirt and pants, another associate called for additional help—and to our pleasant surprise, it was Marty again. He immediately recognized us and went above and beyond to help my husband find exactly what he needed. Marty selected several great options, all of which fit perfectly and looked fantastic. He also informed us that the store offers on-site hemming services, which we hadn’t known about and really appreciated. Our shopping experience was truly enjoyable thanks to Marty’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers. We’re very grateful for his help and will definitely be asking for him the next time we visit.
