  Staff was friendly, but you were severely understaffed. It is 12/22 and clearly lots of people are shopping before Christmas Day, there should be more than 2 people working at the store. I had to ask for someone’s attention twice, no one came up to me first, once they did talk to me they were nice and helpful. I left the store to think on my purchase and ended up purchasing from Nordstrom instead due to not wanting to wait around again to purchase.

  I am disappointed because I been waiting for this appointment for my pet portraits, I was told when scheduling that in order to get your bag the same day they would require an appointment because although walk ins are welcome there will be a possibility you would not get your bag the same day so I made an appointment which feels so useless now because today I went in for my appointment that was scheduled for 1:40 actually arrived a little earlier than that but knew which bag I wanted, picked it out & when I told the sales people that I wanted 2 pet portraits on there they had let me know it required 2 appointment slots but it was not said over the phone when I had booked. When me & my husband went to go pay for the bag the sales lady said she spoke with her manager & said they were able to get my portraitS done today due to a cancellation & that she will call me around 3pm to update me. Me & my husband walked around to pass time because we live an hour away , time passed & it was already 4pm & no call yet so I decided to call & they had let me know that the bag wasn’t going to be done today & to come back tomorrow which is really inconvenient due to us living an hour away & no call was made out to us I had to call instead & now I have to wait for tomorrow for my purse to hopefully be done even if they said it will be but I can’t count on their word anymore.
