Was helped by a man named Jacob who was super knowledgeable of their products and even showed me some alternatives if wanted to try something new. He was actually the goodest of boys for that. I will for sure be back here to shop in the future.

Didn’t even argued and walk away. Second time I tired hemming something refused to take them. And I tried to get them to see if the NorthPark could do it but all they said was you have to call.
- APAthina PrincesseJan 27, 20261.0I ordered on the 25th of January for pick up due to the bad weather I believe they were closed same on the 26th , I called the store on the 27th nobody answered and I didn’t receive any pick up confirmation Today I finally received it and I called they said the store would be open till 7 pm , I left my job a little earlier so I can get there before , at 6:35 pm I got to the door the lady told me they close I told her how when I called and they said 7am and even the website says 7pm she didn’t bother herself to explain she just left Y’all are so unnecessarily rude !
