- JCJudy CJan 19, 20261.0According to the Lululemon website, final sale items are eligible for return or exchange for store credit. However, when I visited the store today to return a final sale item, the cashier kept telling me that I could only exchange the item and that returning it for a gift card was not an option. After I explained that the color and size I wanted were not available, she showed me a different color on her phone and said this one is also white and had my size. I had to clarify multiple times that I specifically wanted ivory, not butter cream. She then told me that I had to find something else in the store to exchange for. I explained twice that I had already visited the store many times and there was nothing else I wanted to exchange for. When I asked again whether it was possible to return the item for a gift card, she said no. Only after I stated that I was confident the website allows final sale returns for store credit did she reluctantly agree to process the return onto a gift card.

The stores next door smell fine, and it smells fine right outside the store. There is something off with this store, and we won’t be coming back. If you like the smell of feces, by all means… shop here. If you’d rather not breathe in poop particles, shop at any other Lulu store.
