  I had the best customer service I have ever had today thanks to manager Todd B. He was so kind and understanding and made my trip to Louis Vuitton memorable. He also paired me with the sweetest Sales Associate named America. She helped me pick the perfect handbag. Thank you both for everything.

  Worst experience of my life. Brought my Pallas bb handbag here to check if a few things can be repaired. Was told my strap was defective as it started to peel a smidge on the sides. My associate called for a manager and he stated the strap was damaged and they’d order me a new one, great. Left it in June went to pick up Aug and to my horror my old strap was completely deteriorated and rolled. They must have put my old strap onto my handbag for a lengthy period of time because there are now permanent stains of melted canvas on my leather handles and front canvas. They claimed they cleaned my bag and they could ship it to me with my new strap. Well I’m glad I went to pick up because if it had been clean it hardly been. There was still melted canvas all over the front. Then they only want to refund me $500 bucks because I bought it in 2017 when I was an employee, you damaged my bag and won’t give me anything of equal value. Then you want me to spend more money in a brand that doesn’t stand by their items nor mistakes. Don’t trust them with things you love. They also tried to remove the photos of my damaged bag.

  I like that I got a little space to shop. Sometimes it seems like your pressed to pick any item at some luxury stores. In my case, I had a pleasant shopping experience.
