- BQBella QuinSep 7, 20231.0I bought a bag in April, and the leather tag got stained with some oil (it's a quarter-sized tag). I tried to get a quote and was told I had to replace the entire front side of the purse, estimated at about $1000. I asked for a quote from a different LV store, and they told me they could simply replace the small leather piece for $100. I thought LV was famous for its good customer service, but I'm deeply disappointed with this experience at this location.
