I visited the Louis Vuitton located inside of the North Park Mall, Dallas Tx two days in a row. Both days I purchased a fragrance, both days I received excellent service. I was in my work boots and a simple pull over, but never felt out of place. The first day, Michelle helped me out and was simply fantastic. She was so kind, and knowledgeable on all of the fragrances, ultimately helping me find the right one for me. The next day, I can’t recall the ladies name that helped me, but she was also very kind. I was inbetween on two fragrances, and she helped me narrow down which one was best suited for me. I originally planned to also purchase Symphony for my wife, but when I realized that it was double the price of the others, I politely declined the purchase. She did not make me feel judged in any sort of way for this, and i sincerely appreciate that. I have finished my Creed collection, my Xerjoff collection, Gucci and others but LV is the pinnacle of fragrances in my opinion. I build relationships and partnerships with ONE location when I am purchasing from designer brands. This was my first fragrance purchase with Louis Vuitton, and the North Park location will be the only LV I purchase the remainder of my fragrances from while I complete this collection. The service was top notch, welcoming and friendly. Fantastic job!

We had a wonderful experience at the Louis Vuitton NorthPark location thanks to Elaine Taylor. My husband and I stopped by on a Saturday for a day-date, and even though it was busy, the wait was minimal and completely worth it. From the moment we were greeted, Elaine showed exceptional professionalism, warmth, and kindness.
She made us feel genuinely welcomed, took her time with us, and provided attentive, thoughtful service without ever making us feel rushed. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly demeanor truly elevated our visit and made the experience feel special and memorable.
Elaine is a true example of outstanding client service, and we will absolutely look forward to working with her again. Thank you, Elaine, for making our day-date even more enjoyable! Looking forward to our next visit ❤️

This store location has very poor customer service and lacks professionalism , I have made several prior purchases from this location , to day was my first time ever doing an exchange . I noticed a bag i purchased had spots on the leather so I returned to the store to make an exchange to buy a bigger bag in a different design . After informing the manager about the defects on the bag she consistently and very rudely implied that the bag was used and that i would have to keep the defective item. After approximately 30 mins of debating with the store manger and being insulted by her and humiliated in front of other customers I decided to request for a refund and plane to spend my money at stores and businesses that values their customers . I believe this store location is selling display items and packaging them as if they were mint condition.
Came in to do some Christmas shopping and Karen took the time to show me just want I was looking for. She packaged my item very nicely as well and I say this because I’ve purchased other items at another location where my ribbon was just thrown in the bag. It’s nice to be out in the holiday rush and still get great customer service!! I will definitely continue to do business here, Thank you Karen for your help.
I arrived at the store at approximately 1:30 PM and waited in line to enter. There was a line of customers ahead of us, including a couple and myself with my husband, waiting patiently for entry. We were in line for about 6–10 minutes before being allowed inside. While standing there, a white mom and daughter arrived and were allowed to skip the entire line. The mother spoke with an employee holding an iPad — presumably a greeter — and they laughed together, then she was allowed straight in without waiting.
This was very upsetting to witness, especially because the couple ahead of us was Hispanic, and the way the situation unfolded appeared discriminatory and unfair. I do not know whether this was intentional or privilege-based, but the optics were extremely negative and gave the impression that some customers were being given preferential treatment. This caused the couple in front of us to become visibly upset and walk away from shopping altogether.
No apology, explanation, or acknowledgement was offered by any employee present. Instead, after they walked off, my husband and I went inside, but I was already so disappointed and upset by the interaction that I chose not to purchase anything, even though I had come specifically to buy a holiday gift for my husband — something I had carefully selected in advance.
We were so confused because the greeter didn’t welcome us in either, we just walked in. The lady behind was concussed if there was a line or not.
I have been a loyal Louis Vuitton customer for many years and have always appreciated the brand and its products. However, this experience at the NorthPark location was disrespectful, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and frankly disheartening — particularly from a global luxury brand that represents excellence and inclusivity.
I am writing not just to express my frustration, but in hopes that you will investigate this matter, address the training or policies at this location, and ensure that all customers are treated with fairness, dignity, and respect in all retail environments.
I would appreciate a response addressing this complaint and any steps Louis Vuitton will take to ensure this type of experience does not happen to other customers.
