When my husband picked it up, I noticed a spot on the leather when he got home. When I took it back to exchange they said they couldn’t do the exchange even though it at only been a week. $4000 purse with a spot on it! After the lady realized I wasn’t there to purchase anything, she rudely ignored us as if we hadn’t just spent $4000!!!! And good luck if you call their customer service! They are just as rude!!
