  I was immediately greeted by Nicole when I walked in, and she was incredibly friendly and genuinely excited to help my mom and me find a fragrance. I asked a lot of questions, and she was very patient, informative, and polite throughout the entire experience. She truly impressed me with her level of service especially considering she’s only been with the company for three months.

  I visited this LV store hoping to exchange a pair of sunglasses that my mother gifted me for Christmas. While I understand store policies, I was very disappointed with the way I was treated by the staff. The employees were not welcoming and had an unfriendly attitude. They simply told me that the item had to be exchanged at the place where it was purchased, without offering any clear explanation or trying to help in any way. This felt unreasonable and not in line with the level of customer service expected from a luxury brand like LV. I truly hope the store will improve their customer service in the future.

  I had an appointment at this location to get my cologne bottle engraved. For some reason they had 1130 appointment available when they open @12. So I wasted 30mins for the store to open to be told their engraving machine was down. I set the appointment days ago someone could’ve emailed me to cancel the appt. Louis Vuitton please do better for your customers.

  I went to the store for a belt, asked for assistance, and was judged if I had the style for it. It's non of there business whether or not if I had the style, asked another sales person, and was pushed onto another person. I did not catch her name, but 1 lady was nice enough. I ended up getting my belt, would never recommend coming here to anyone if you looks "out of style"

  Wife and I stopped in a couple of days ago to look around. Christian was our client advisor. He was awesome! I’m a nerd and asked some questions about the history of LV and he was able to recite dates and interesting facts. Loved that. Ended up buying a bag for my wife and a wallet for myself. We will certainly stop back in next time we are in Dallas.
