  Worst Louis Vuitton experience led by the new store manager lady who has been with LVMH for 20+ years and recently came here from Asia. Customer service no longer exist when our purchases pay for your commission. Shop online or another location. As an American, I have had better experiences with Louis Vuitton across seas (Paris and Bond St. in London) than in my own country. Sad.

  Making your customers wait in line outside of the store because you don’t have enough retail workers to provide for the demand for the store, Is quite diabolical. I would not suggest coming to the stores

  Outstanding Customer Service– True Luxury Experience I want to recognize the exceptional customer service I received at the Louis Vuitton Galleria Dallas boutique. I purchased a perfume for my wife that unfortunately arrived broken. I contacted Louis Vuitton customer service twice by phone, and despite my efforts, the issue was not resolved, useless service and horrible customer service, I hated it, a truest waste of time and energy. So I decided to visit the store in person. Within one minute, two amazing team members took care of everything. No hesitation, no excuses, no unnecessary questions. Just professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care for the customer!! The store manager, Sharon, is a true leader. Her presence, attitude, and decisiveness are a real statement of what the Louis Vuitton brand represents. This is what luxury service looks like when it’s done right. Marissa and the team turned a frustrating situation into a flawless experience. This level of service is why people remain loyal to Louis Vuitton, not just for the products, but for the people behind the brand. Thank you for setting the standard so high. This experience truly reinforced my trust in Louis Vuitton.

  I was immediately greeted by Nicole when I walked in, and she was incredibly friendly and genuinely excited to help my mom and me find a fragrance. I asked a lot of questions, and she was very patient, informative, and polite throughout the entire experience. She truly impressed me with her level of service especially considering she’s only been with the company for three months.
