  The wait just to enter the store is extensive and there are no accommodations in the line for disabled customers visibly using mobility aids.

  I normally am not the type to leave reviews but after today I felt like I should share. My mom and I went into the store today after returning a few items at the mall. This isn’t our normal mall so we decided to stop in and browse at Louis Vuitton potentially to buy a bag or two. There was no other customers in the store, and the staff was busy on their phones and no one looked at or greeted us. Finally after a while we had to ask a male employee for help to see one of the bags. He was incredibly rude and dismissive. While we were looking at the bag, he remained on his phone texting, we asked about another bag. He made a point to say that that’s the least expensive bag in the store so it never stays in stock, implying that we either were cheap, couldn’t afford it or had bad taste. It was incredibly rude. We were so turned off by him we left the store immediately and decided to purchase the bags online to make sure he did not earn commission after being so rude. Were we treated rudely because we were not dressed up or caring our current Louis bags? Who knows. But you should treat everyone with respect.

  Horrible. Absolutely the rudest sales people I have ever witnessed in my life. Three of them stood giggling behind the counter, saying someone would get with you and never did. They lost a sale I went to Gucci. And for the record, I have bought several purses from that store, but it has never been this bad.

  I guess this location believes in racial profiling. I stopped by today and patiently waited on help (30 minutes). Older employee spoke to the two white women near me but I guess since I’m black with a beard I don’t deserve the same respect or common courtesy. I won’t name the employee I was told to visit by a family member and will try Northpark next time. Do better LV and hire people that understand what real customer service is and that are not racist.
