  Maloney was very good at taking the time to work a VERY tedious return for me. It took at least 30 minutes. While I felt a little sheepish about the return she showed no sign of inconvenience or irritation. Excellent customer service. I'm always impressed with Lands' End clothes and now their employees too. 👍🏻

  I went there looking for a plus-sized coat. Mel went to actually a lot of trouble to help me find and then order exactly what I really wanted, instead of trying to get me to buy whatever they had there in the store, which I very much appreciated. She was also super nice to my mom. Chris was also very nice. We will definitely shop there again.

  My fiancé and I visited this store for the first time today! My mother wore a lot of Lands' End clothing during my childhood and I was excited to see a physical storefront so close to us. My fiancé, who is a dark-skinned man, entered the store alone while I stopped in the Whole Foods next door to use their restroom and buy some juice. When I entered, as a light-skinned lady, there was a salesperson hanging around his vicinity, just.. watching him. Very attentive customer service, yes? They backed off pretty quickly once they saw I was with him, and he then confided to me his discomfort with how he was being followed around the store and interacted with. Every time he picked something up, they felt the need to interject and comment about the item he was handling. I have worked in clothing retail, and I recognized their behavior not as good "customer service" but as how a salesperson treats you when they are suspicious of you and trying to make it known that they are watching you. This is an effective tactic against thieves; they typically feel uncomfortable and leave the store, since they are being watched so closely they can't possibly get away with anything. However, my fiancé is not a thief. He was simply a dark-skinned person trying to shop. We made some small purchases and left, but I am very disappointed with how the salespeople here treated my fiancé, and unfortunately, I doubt we will be visiting this store again. To anyone working at the store who may be reading this - just because someone is dark does not mean they are a thief! This was his first experience with Lands End and it left a horrible impression on him. I love Lands' End clothing for its quality and versatility, but not enough to shop there after how they profiled the person I love. 💔

  First visit. Small retail space with a really good sale of winter clothing. Learned I can buy online and have it shipped to store for free. Online shipping is only free if you purchase a minimum of $100.
