Unfortunately, it slipped off while I was out running errands, and I couldn’t find it anywhere. I went to the store expecting to buy a replacement, but after explaining what happened, the associate and manager offered to submit a claim to see if corporate could help. I wasn’t expecting anything, so I was shocked when the claim was approved and they replaced it completely free. Their kindness and support blew me away. Beautiful jewelry and even better customer service — Gorjana has earned a loyal customer for life!

When one of the pieces broke ( my own fault) I returned to the store to see if I could get it repaired. No questions asked. Item was exchanged for a new one. They had to order it for me but is expected to arrive in 2 days. I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend
