When we went to pick them up, only one painting was returned, and the store still has not been able to locate the second one. It has now been two months since we initially dropped them off. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because of the company’s Happiness Guarantee — we were able to receive a refund for the missing piece. While I appreciate that policy, the overall process was disorganized, and communication throughout was lacking. Although the process was easy, I will not be returning to Framebridge in the future.
