I just happened upon this place and all of the staff was so knowledgeable and made it super easy! I had 12 pieces and my total came to around $3k (2 pieces were MASSIVE in size so they were half of that total just for reference). They got them done really fast and were super helpful with two that came back not up to standard. Will be back again for sure!

- JJJessJun 23, 20251.0Really disappointed with my experience. Terrible communication, unreliable timelines, no care for you as a customer, zero accountability when something goes wrong. I dropped my items off in May and was promised my frame would be ready by June 7. It's June 23 and I'm still waiting on it. I had intended on bringing it on a trip to CA for my friend's birthday. Since the frame wasn't ready on June 7, the staff told me that they could ship it to CA for me, but it never arrived. Now it's been 2 additional weeks and it was marked as return to sender by UPS. Framebridge has just missed the mark from start to finish. I had several other family memories that I wanted to frame but I won't be coming back. If your order is time sensitive or meaningful, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere. There are two other custom frame stores right by Inwood Village that I'll check out instead.
