  On Saturday November 15, 2025 I placed an order that included birds of paradise and additional green plants which is featured on the website. I called and spoke to a female employee to ensure the order could be delivered one same day. The employee stated that it cold si I placed the order. Later I received a phone call from the same female employee stating that they didn’t have the birds of paradise and she would contact the owner to send what other options they could offer. She called back and stated that they don’t have anything similar but could make a nice arrangement and agreed to deliver the original arrangement that included the birds of paradise on Tuesday November 18, 2025 as a courtesy for not having the flowers that were originally purchased. A few minutes later the owner called me and apologized and echoed the same message stating that there would be a courtesy bouquet of flowers delivered on Tuesday due to the inconvenience. When the flowers were delivered on the eve of November 15th I received a FaceTime call from my sister showing me the bouquet which flowered were dead and others dying (see photos). I asked her to send me a photo and I would contact Coleys. I sent a text message to the (469) employee who I had been communicating with along with a message stating the flowers were dead upon arrival. I got no response. To make matters worst the additional arrangement of flowers never arrived nor has there been any follow up. I decided to contact the florist on December 18, 2025 after no follow up or response. I spoke to an employee by the name of Karen. I asked to speak with the owner and she stated she could help. After spending 15 minutes describing my experience and disappointment, she stated she would look into the matter and call me back. Five minutes later she calls and attempts to blame this on the delivery driver which was quickly dispelled after I provided a text message between myself and the employee that was making the arrangement and also contacted me about the additional options. Her solution was to offer another delivery which is not something that I would even consider after this horrible experience. I simply requested my money be refunded. Karen stated that she would have to go and speak with management. I asked her to have them call me and no reply. If you’re in the Dallas area PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
