    This florist bn on the internet on how a employee told a black man they didn't h his order without looking it up. Accused him of being a delivery driver. Was very rude, no customer service etiquette. I wouldn't care how pretty the place is, show me amazing customer service. I'd you see the video you will clearly see she was just aggravated by the color of his skin. The co-owners statement was just as bad. We all welcome huh? Nope just our money is. Not mine!!

    I ordered flowers to be delivered for a relative that is recovering from surgery. I purposely chose a local florist because I’m always trying to support small businesses. The day they were supposed to be delivered has came and went, still no confirmation email that the flowers have been delivered. I have tried calling and can’t get in touch with anyone at the shop. I guess that’s $100+ just gone. If you’re looking for a reliable delivery service for flowers, I do not recommend this store!
