  HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I paid full delivery price. On delivery day by 1pm my order status read, “Your order is out for delivery, with three deliveries ahead of yours”. By 5pm still no delivery. I called the store to inquire about the status. The owner was extremely rude & unforgiving. The order finally arrived to my niece @ 6:45pm., completely disheveled, warm fruit, melted chocolate, fruit had fallen in the bag and a string with no balloon. Side Note that the delivery address was only 5-10 minutes from the Edible Arrangement location.

  I ordered a Valentine’s Day arrangement!! It never arrived or was sent to the wrong house. Tried to call let alone find out what happened. Left several messages and still have not been resolved!!! Never Again!!! And I’m still waiting…..

  UPDATE- Went up to store and lady at front was apologetic/nice and offered to fix my order and have it out within a couple Of hours which she did. The fruit/Board was fresh and tasty updated to three stars! Third bad experience and I’m definitely over this location. First experience went to Wrong apartment, second experience I ordered for my friend in hospital he never received it nor did I get an update it wasn’t going to be delivered. Bringing me to My third time yesterday Valentine’s Day smh I ordered for my granny 24 hours prior Order # W2013351880-1 we waited allllll day just to get an email at 10:30 pm saying “it was finally delivered” and guess what IT WAS NOT! I chose hand delivery and no one came smh. It wasn’t even delivered at my door, if it went to the wrong apartment again now someone have $160 worth of free fruits, ballon’s, cheesecake and brownies while my granny have NOTHING SMH of Course now I’m calling and calling-sent two Emails and no one is answering! So on my one day off I will have to drive to the store this is so unacceptable and I’ll NEVER order From this store EVER AGAIN!!!! I gave two tries before writing a bad review because I’m understanding but if I could give 0 I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD POOR GRANNY SMH

  DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I would leave the store of zero if I could. I ordered something two days in advance for a delivery for Valentine’s Day. February 10 To be delivered on February 12. No delivery no answer to my email, no answer on the phone until Friday the 13th. Upon talking to someone, they were extremely rude and hadn’t even made my order yet that was placed on February 10. She said it’s Valentine’s Day and we are extremely busy and I’m not going to argue with you and ended up hanging up the phone. No apologies…nothing. Not to mention, the person I was sending it to waited around all day for the order. I have never had Customerservice like this. I have ordered from the store many times before but never again.

  Received an Edible Arrangement from this location. Delivered with some hair on one of the pineapple flowers. Called, sent a picture and now they are not talking my calls. I have tried calling a couple of times since l sent the picture the call kept being disconnected.
